In this episode we will continue listening to excerpts from a concert of the Galilee Chamber Orchestra that took place on the 5th of September 2020 in an open space in the old market of Nazareth. Those excerpts include the Baber of Seville-Overture by Rossini and a special arrangement of “Nahr El Khalid” by Abdel Wahab.
Among all of Polyphony’s programs, the Galilee Chamber Orchestra is the most challenging to operate in those times of social distancing and frequently changing health regulations. We took advantage of a limited window of opportunity in early September and were able to organize and perform this concert with one week’s notice. We hope you will enjoy it.
Gorgeous. Life affirming
