- In this episode and future episodes we will combine some sightseeing of the historical and holy sites of Nazareth with music performed by members of the Galilee Chamber Orchestra at these sites. Both Arab and Jewish musicians come together from Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Nazareth and other cities early in the morning to rehearse and record a movement of their choosing. This week we will hear the Intermezzo from Mendelssohn String Quartets op.13 performed by Firas Machour, Jeries Saleh, Alla Fromstein and Alexander Douluv at the Synagogue Church, that dates back to the twelfth century.
