In episodes 8-10 we presented the beginning and growth of Polyphony’s Scholar in Residence Seminar; a series of workshops that bring together Arab and Jewish young musicians around their shared passion for music. In this episode we will present the new and rich format of the seminar. In addition to maintaining a high standard of music making, this format increases the focus on two important components of the seminar: inter-cultural dialogue and leadership training. Along with introducing the new format, the seminar received a fresh and new name: Music and Society Seminar, a Chamber Music and Social Leadership Program.
We hope you will enjoy listening to our students performing and sharing their experience at the seminar.
